The client is a full-service commercial bank headquartered in the United States. The bank has been in operation for over 50 years and has a reputation for providing high-quality financial products and services to its customers.
The client wanted to improve their customer service experience by creating a self-service portal where customers can manage their accounts, apply for loans, and access support resources. The bank was looking for a Microsoft Gold Partner with expertise in Power Pages to develop a solution that can be accessed via web or mobile devices and easily integrate with their existing CRM system.
To address the problem, our team of Power Platform experts proposed developing a Power Pages solution using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
The solution consists of features necessary to overcome their challenges.
Account management: The Power Pages solution will allow customers to manage their accounts, view account balances & transaction history, and perform basic transactions like transfers and payments.
Loan application: The Power Pages solution allows customers to apply for loans, upload supporting documents, and track the status of their application. The solution will integrate with the bank’s loan origination system, enabling automated underwriting and decision-making.
Support resources: The Power Pages solution provides customers with access to support resources like FAQs, knowledge articles, and chatbot assistance. The solution easily integrates with the bank’s CRM system, enabling personalized support based on customer profile and history.
Analytics dashboard: The Power Pages solution provides a centralized analytics dashboard using Microsoft Power BI, allowing the bank to monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
To implement the solution, we used a combination of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The solution will be hosted on Azure App Service, providing scalability, security, and availability. The solution will integrate with the bank’s existing CRM system using Dynamics 365 connectors.
