The AQL Employee Birthday web part has multiple data sources. One source is a SharePoint list, and the other is the SharePoint User Profile/Microsoft 365 directory. Users can manually add data to the SharePoint list, or they can use the sync option, which pulls data from user profiles stored in the organization’s SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 directory. The web part reads the birth date field for each user profile & displays upcoming birthdays.
Yes, the AQL Employee Birthdays web part provides 5 different layouts. Users can customize the appearance to align with your site’s design. While editing the page, click on the web part, then click the pencil icon to access configuration options. Here, you can modify the layout, display settings, and more.
